In Kloxo SSL certificate install problem please help

Hi

I am bought a SSL from globessl they give me two file on certificate and one CA file and sent me some text CSR, KEY, Certificate, CA. But when I going to install with text getting key file corrupted error. how can I solve that?

NOTE: I dont have any KEY file thats why I cant use file upload option.

You should have created the csr your self useing the original openssl certificate process and generated a private key & csr.

kloxo cannot use regular encrypted ssl certificates since it uses a higher encryption bit.

You might want to get a refund and google the process to create a private key and csr manually to get a certificate created.
