Imgshot image hosting script error 404 Not found

Can someone help me with this script.
Installed everything.
I upload an image but when I try to visit the url of the uploaded image I get

Not Found

The requested URL /img-525adb19cc61b.html was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

mod_rewrite is enabled
image is on the server
folders for uploading are 777

check you .htaccess in the root, since clearly its missing or mod_rewrite isn't working, /img-525adb19cc61b.html should be rewritten by the htaccess as img.php?id=525adb19cc61b

are you sure it's in root? not upload folder?

it is the .htaccess in root

now it's working!
