many big sites are blocking IE6, since it's full of holes and already unsupported by microsoft ( heck, they even sent flowers for it's burial ) - but blocking every version of IE and cutting people off your site just because you dont like software they use is just lame and unprofessional <_<
Yeah it does sound pretty similar but w/e.
Anyways, I'd suggest a new favicon, ditch the register image, its pretty unnecessary for an image host, you have a lot of empty tabs. The site would look a lot more clean and professional if you rid of all the tabs and did something like Elio did with IMGCentre by having a simple text link to registering/logging in.

I was being sarcastic, do a simple template like imgcentre.
