He just needed sometime to wrap everything and runaway. That's why he came back becoz he has a rdp business. He has started locking the rdps as well. So no hope.
They make a payment and hook a number of uploaders then they give excuses so people keep uploading and promise to pay and then they disappear with all the money. He had high rates just to attract uploaders, he knew he wasn't paying.
This guy isn't paying anyone, that exuse that he was waiting for a payment from an ad company was total bs.
