IMGClub V2 - Design Review Needed.

I made it according to my screen size and it will be fluid coded. and those buttons are looking terrible because that is the advanced options VIEW not home page view. Thank you for your feedback.
 
html/css3 template has been made. script is being integrated and custom functions are being written. basic website should be up within 48 hours from now.
Those surprise features will be added after at least 1 week

I'm not loving it either :(
I would organize the box this way:

Also the footer is popping too much because of the contrast between the font color and the background. Footers are supposed to have a secondary role.

And finally the font of menu part of the footer doesnt fit with all the other font styles used.

The rest looks cool.
By the way, have you tested that design on 768px wide resolutions?

Dude.
The top priority for a Imagehost is to ensure that, Images never die, and they Load Fast.
I think you should work on these before you start making your site look good.
