Download are disable for Viet Nam?

I have confirmed and apparently downloads for Vietnam and China have been disabled due to fake traffic from these countries

And to every 1 else guys we are facing a problem server side ie we have contacted the host regarding the issue and are waiting for their response and i hope that they fix the issue as fast as they can
