I have been using Imagetwist for almost 2 years and I can say they are legit. They always pay but it may take a while sometimes.
I have used and have been using quite a lot of image hosts and the best in my opinion is img.yt. On time payouts every week, no technical issues whatsoever, high rates and many payment options

No, they are not anymore legit. My account banned last night without any reason with more than $40 before payment. Don't waste your time.
