Honestly am saying we don't earn more than $0.30 for turkey traffic no advertiser is interested in turkish traffic if in future we get increased rates we will also increase the rates of Turkey.

Fees is charged by paypal its not under our hands.
Paypal charge different fees for different countries. If you withdraw $2 fees will be low not $0.84
not all tax is $0.84 paypal charge 2% on amount and some fix amount.
