Image Stuffing, what is this?

I got mail from one man, he wants to put 2 image codes to my site for Image Stuffing. I dont know about it, is it black hat seo, should i allow?

He is willing to pay 10$/month/code.

i also want to know about this stuffing thing. are there sites out there who are using this kind of thing?

for example im an uploader, if a member bought a premium account thru my link will it be my count or the one who is using this stuffing thing?

Use image/cookies stuffing with filehosts and your accounts will get banned, good luck with that.
