Hello,
I want to ask if if image hosting is allowed in US base VPS ???

Is it allowed??

If not where can i get image hosting???

yup. it is. you'll get dmca complaints no matter where you have a server located

just check with the server provider

(In addition to what DLow has said)
In addition to bandwidth --> a good chunk of ram.
 
Yes it is allowed how ever you will still need to have a terms of service as some people like to upload pornographic images i own imgcafe.com and receive complaints every now and then about copyrighted material makes sure you find a bandwidth extensive plan

Mate your site is good may i know the name of script you are using??
 
There are many on the web i use chevertto for imgcafe how ever 1only my partner has modified it highly,

And no you would not get banned =]
 
I first had a USA RDP for my adult image hosting so is allowed.They don't ban you if you host pornographic images with models over 18/21 years,only ch1ld p0rn is disallowed.
 
@TheGuner another tip don't go with a free script trust me i tried them all ,i even lost all data because of one.
If you wanna make something serious try YABSoft - Advanced Image Hosting,this is what i have or a custom script.
