Helo evrybody im searching a good shared hosting whit new kernel and secured like safe mode on and any disable funcitons in server because i try many host and is not secured and admin suports is sux <_<

yeah blue host is very good
and i'm adding hostgator.com for the list if you intend to host onshore or in US
if you want offshore
i personally used host1plus.com and servage.net
if you host big forum , don't go to servage, they have MySQL issues with big MySQL DBs
host1plus is fast , and not that bad

So - get your self a good deal, but pay the extra dollars to get a reliable service
