hmm xfilesharingpro but obviously customised - paypal and a weird thai payment solution is good :)
Shame payouts are only via paypal and 50USD min :(

for best filehost :

- Limit for free user download : 200ko/s, just 1 download for 1 day / 1ip per day, 1gb for anonymous (Download limit), Wait 120 seconds...

- limit upload for free user : 5mb/s, "remote upload" just 3 links..

- limit storage space for FF : 40gb, He says it's not enough? Just said "buy premium"

- limit program affiliation : just for premium menbers.

- add alertpay, webmoney, no delete earn, and no ban.
