If I buy premium from MegaVideo I get access to MegaUpload?

I have 2 questions about the premium from MegaVideo.com:
1. If I buy premium with points from MegaVideo I get it to my user? or I get new user with premium access?
2. If I buy the premium from MegaVideo, I get access to MegaUpload.com?

You have redeem option only which means you can upgrade you current user level to whatever points you are going to redeem.you cannot create a new user

No its the same account. You can log in on Megavideo with your same account on Megaupload.
