Hello.
First i want to sorry about my english grammar, this isn't my native language, so if you see mistakes, please don't post about them, just PM.

So.. I want to create forum, but i haven't any ideas, to make. I want something to people don't come and just get it, but to they give forum something. So if you have any idea, please tell me it.

I think you want a forum where people can help each other.
You're good on any specific skill? You could do a forum about that, eventually people looking for help would visit, as well as people offering it.
 
I know HTML, bit of CSS, and very well photoshop, but in my country are large GFX community, so about photoshop i can't make..

How about a forum for people who need forum ideas? ^_^

All jokes aside, I think a forum isn't something that you should go out and decide you'll create and then suddenly realize "oh, now I need an idea? what should the forum be about?". The thought process should be: "wouldn't it be great if there was a forum for X?" where X is some hobby or topic you realize could do with a forum (or a better forum).
 
Yea..... People usually have an idea about a forum before actually deciding to make one. The idea is usually what spawns the thought of starting a forum from it.

It's always good to start with something that interest you. I mean it's your forum. Me I like asian women and my wife is asian. She also likes porn. So the forum is a win win for me. She doesn't mind and she will actually be posting on it also.
