Iberx.com rapidleech - Does anyone use them?

Does anyone use iberx.com rapidleech service? And if so, any pros or cons to it, and do you like it?
I've read through the thread on here about the "False Alert" but couldn't find any reviews to the service on the internet.

I have never heard about them, personally I believe you can make little research, if there servers are located at Netherlands, it will definitely help for leeching.
