Well! Since its asked in VPS forum, Maybe this would be correct.

Buy VPS First if you don't have it
1. Install kloxo on your vps through ssh (search google or here only for installing it)
2. Add Website
3. Register nameservers and update them to your ip.
4. Change domain nameservers to specified nameservers.
5. Upload using Kloxo filemanager or create a ftp account for the domain and upload it.
6. In the above procedure, upload your specified script (wordpress, vbulletin, ipboard or ....)
Install it as given in there instructions.
