I want to sell my warez forum, but I'm not sure about the price

I would like to sell my site, but I don't know how much it works. I would be grateful if you estimate some as real as possible price for my site. My site url is www.oriforums.com. Site is 4* on atomicwarez, 3* on phaze/mecho/hotfiledownloads, 2* twilights/linkplz, it's also listed to ddl2, downloadwarez, rardownload and other various DDL sites.
The siteis 2y old, it's google PR2, Total posts 326614 | Total topics 2515379458 | Total members 9458
