I want Rapidleech + a Torrent Client . Any solution ? Vps or what

Hi any site providing those service ( rl with premium accounts + a torrent client )
Or i should buy a vps and install them ? Any vps accept them ?
I want to use them for remote upload in filehost sites (to get direct link)and for personal download

Get a VPS ( windows or linux depends on your preference) as long as you are not making a public rapidleech on VPS. I think most of WJ vps provider will allow to have personal rapidleech on their vps nodes.But be sure to confirm with the sales so that you won't regret after making payment for the vps you decided to buy.
