Why i am asking here?
bcoz here Many People have very good Experience in Encoding.
searched in net many ways there. everyone have different ideas.

I want to learn Encoding. i have very poor knowledge in encoding.

Please guide me how to encode and which software best free tool?

Yes, be more specific, encoding can be very wide field Btw there a lot of great, really great tutorials in the web, just need to google for it. For example here you can find very nice tutorial for Handbreake.

Im guessing you are looking for a guide to re-encode existing video files and add a watermark to them?

or simply use tools such as handbrake (max encoder using it) or Mencoder or Tencoder

Youtube is your free friend
There you can find many Tutorials regarding Encoding videos.
