Budget tier (under €50/mo):
- OVH — Cheapest option but they do process DMCA. Fine if you're not hosting pirated content.
- Hetzner Auction — Can find older hardware with those specs cheap. Same DMCA caveat.
Offshore tier (€80-150/mo):
- Shinjiru (Malaysia) — Accepts crypto, ignores DMCA. Good for adult content.
