Hello, everyone I've noticed there's a lot of members on this forum trying to make porn sites. Now before I even get started I need to say it bluntly. Why are all of you making forums?

On forum people don't want to see porn like that. You need video feeds like redtube & youporn. Just keep uploading videos to your server. Also one tip you could do is actually hire someone to fuck bitches & video tape that & put it up on your site. Now a lot of people all wana see the pornstars, but right now the market is in high demand for amateur porn. New people with no names or who are looking to be a pornstar.

We can discuss options for making money & reducing expenses. But in the concept of porn you got to spend to make it back!

If your determined to make your porn site the best you need to sell lots of stuff & offer many things.

People are still creating porn forums because it's easier that building a blog or website. In a forum, your users make the content, all you need to do is to moderate it.

In a blog/website you need to create this content, which demands lots of time and research.

Of course this method worked a few years ago, but I think today is just waste of time. There are only a few forums where really worth to publish content.

Plus, many of the "posters" uses automatic software, so they just send they robot to sign-up and publish content to your forum. If you do it correctly, it's a quite easy way to generate views. Not sure about the profit.

I'm doing one too. Manually putting updates, informative pages, relevant contents, and a target niche. It's hard, but since it's just a hobby site I didn't mind the expenses. All the work feels worth it though when you see little by little your audience keep in touch and grows as they appreciate the manual effort you do which I think kinds of define a project from the usual script/bot updated sites which all technically look the same when you try to see them.

You should try VOD- video on demand. You first create a website with generic content, then you can get people to request for videos. You go and make the video. If you have enough content, you can see the trends and create the movies before. Or just use your ideas to create movies.

I have to agree with what you say with porn forums dying out & they got bots to post content for them? Daamn if you know how to set that up teach me that :D

Porn forums just seem like a old trick but I still see people trying to start up new ones & I just look at them & go dude that don't work no more.
How could those forums compete with all the porn sites out there?
