thats allow the normal things like uploading and downloading

and portscanning




RDP Location should be Netherlands habe 250-300 GB HDD and 1 Gbit

and not all 4 RDps should be on the same server

What webhosts can you recommend that are anonymous?

Found these through google: Offshore Hosting Anonymous Hosting Panama Hosting are they good? If i have a domain registered elsewhere can i point it to their webhosting IP and it will work or do i have to register the domain with them?
