Well all depends on your budget...
If you are starter then 1 website is enough for you to start.
Buy domain, hosting (make sure to buy good one), rapidleech or you can buy vps which allow you to use rapidleech and torrents.
Setup website (decide which CMS you gonna use), make good design, sections....
You cant expect making money from it in first days, you gonna start making them after few months ( all depends on what you upload, how popular it will be, traffic, advertising...)
