I need some help please..I register this morning Ns on my domain

In Control panel at vps I set default domain add domain there but www.adult247.org site don't go why? ... and www.who.is here say domain Inactiv Why?

When you change the name server on a domain it can take up to 24 hours for the changes to take place.

I suggest that you be patience since you just changed it this morning.
