First of all use slide tags...

on the theme :

all other below and above looks like some notepad writings , u better need to add some docks below the banner .

♣ Logo looks good..

♣ Placement of letters are little irregular .

The reflection is TBH, really shitty. Other change it or make it real!

Hm... whole theme looks empty... put some effects in header bar, maybe larger logo and larger computer picture to fill that emptiness

Align text above boxes and boxes, align text in boxes... put text in boxes lower, make boxes smaller, they are to big, you wont need that much text...

reduce that empty space in footer, make smaller font in footer, and don't change colour for @2011
also dont use so many colours for "web hosting from only 4,99 p/m"

Dude, the text is so bad! dont use simple and cool fonts like Segoe UI or Tahoma!

Sorry, but i didnt like it very much. Some improvements coould make it better!
