hello, now I have a good position in google with one of my blogs... now what do have to do to keep that position?

If its a not spam blog, and you provide the content. Just keep steady updating the blog. If you have time once a day or at least 3 times a week.
 
To keep your position in google for targetted keyword:
1. New content
2. Quality backlinks from related sites/social networks

Never drop one of those two, thinking you are safe.

Continue to build strong backlinks and write more articles about your topic. Try to get backlinks from the top 200 websites related to your keyword. Keep the work up
 
Keep doing your seo, Don't stop. The key here is to stay where your at so you need to be consistently building more and more backlinks. The more diverse your backlink profile is the better off you'll be later on
