Hello, I am selling my I hate girlfriend site called I Hate Stacy. The traffic is very spiky, for the past 10 days it was all around 1k uniques per day, and then yesterday we had 13k unique hits and now already 30k uniques.

The site is viral, I haven't done anything to it since I launched beside place new product links to sell, etc. Facebook and google is where it gets all its traffic mostly, also hundreds of other forums that are backlinking to the site.
Traffic Stats

As you can see it's very spiky, but keep in mind, it's viral and you never have to do anything to the site. Obviously the traffic is from referring sites such as facebook, twitter, and hundreds of other forums.
Obviously you won't be getting 30k everyday, the traffic is very spiky and will most likely go low again. The site has it's lows and highs as you can see at the extremetracking stats. Some days it's very low and then all of a sudden it shoots up.
Email List
The site comes with a pretty big email list, (not a newsletter) when somebody writes an email to stacy by the form on the site, their email gets recorded, keep in mind these emails have never been used so they are completely fresh. It has over 2000 emails currently, mabye more and gets a lot per day.
Revenue
Haven't really tried to monetize it, gotten a few sales with sharingzone from it possibly, but if you advertise Videosz or some other porn advertiser then it will surely make more.
The domain is currently at Yahoo domains, but if somebody is interested in the site I can pay the transfer fee to my godaddy account and then push it to you.
