i don't get any answer from vps9/scopehost now for 2 weeks, anyone else?

i don't get any answer from vps9/scopehost now for 2 weeks, anyone else?

+ my server is down today. :S

i tryed to contact them via scopehost email, vps9 ticket system and PMed sarkarraj but no response nowhere...

EDIT:

the site is back online but lagging like hell. pages loads slowly...

after they had teh issues of there servers going down,i just moved straight away,as anytime i had tried to contact teh staff for support on Scopehosts,either using their ticket system,email and even msn.Support was pretty much non-existent. The only time i had any contact with them is after the servers were "fixed" i recieved an email,which i replied i had moved and they could cancel my accounts with them. Which they replied to almost immediatly (i assume as they were losing a customer now) saying all was fine on the servers.. i would recomend finding a new host,that offers some kind of support at least
 
@kenshin i have already sent a PM to sarkarraj but he doesn't answer. :S

@Krun!x that's the problem... i can't make a backup because the SSH doesn't work... :S

if they would just tell us what theyr problem is... maybe one of us can help them...

because all this downtime lately really fucks up my traffic... dropped from 70 000 unique / day to 20 000 !!!
 
ye i would... but i can't because the SSH doesn't work, so i can't make a backup... i have a lot of cached .html files with data. :S

the server is down again.

FFS some admin answer omg!
 
Hello guys,

I will talk to scopehosts for you again.

It is a shame that this is happening and i really feel sorry for all of you.

I will try my best to make matters like it was before.
