Namely, I have a server in scopehost, a few days is not available, because they had a failure, but aside from a failure, my server is down, I turned for help to hosting you ignore my requests, they said only that a failure will be removed within 12 hours, and that this is my fault.
The truth is that between two weeks and asked to change the hosting server to a less expensive, they had to change two weeks ago, I wrote to them and I wrote, but the changes did not.
Now at this point does not correspond to any of my conclusions, and the server is paid for, now I'm asking for what I pay for it that they do not use it?
