I am an Admin of a warez related Forum. Today i got a PM from a newly registered member with 0 post count.

Here is the PM

respect for the Administration of this forum wanted to get a brief explanation of how it can come to a greater act of the forum are the conditions?

I cant understand. Can anyone explain?

That is what I would do

Ignore the PM and just continue on with your life. Staff shouldn't be asked for, it should be given to someone who deserves it and is appointed to the work, from there they can turn it down or accept your offer.

Or you can PM the user back saying; "A good member always helps other users out, respects everyone, follows the rules and helps inforce them, and is very active on the site (no not sexually you pervs. :P)." Just to tip them into thinking you have a nice and friendly community.
