I can't set an avatar :(

Hey,

Well, I think there is a problem with the avatar editing in the "User CP", when I click on "Edit Avatar" I can't add an avatar, actually there are no options for adding avatars.

Would someone please tell me how to add an avatar, or maybe there is a problem or something.
