i cant receive sms from webmoney

Hello, i was using webmoney app on my system but i have to format my windows then i reinstall everything but webmoney says i need to "reactivate my wmid cause i change hardware" but this process is through sms, but unfortunely i cant recieve sms i dont nknow why. this is the error:

[h=3]SMS Created: 3/22/2015 9:45:56 AM[/h] Status: SIM identity mismatch (Refresh) 3/22/2015 9:45:56 AM

Description of status: You can update your SIM card identifier on Webmoney Security.


whe i used software before format i was abvle to reacieve sms every time i sent money

any help? i have the same phone same number

I had same problem some time ago. You can forget this account and create new one, since theres no way you are getting this one back.
 
I had a similar issue before where i couldn't receive any sms unfortunately i don't remember how i fixed it, search on google it's not only you who's having this issue.
 
Webmoney is only good for people who live in 3rd world countries that it works in.

I got burned a couple grand or so by RapidGator trying Webmoney.

Don't waste your time with that garbage, power to you if you figure out how to restore your funds.

(If anyone is reading this, please waste your time trying to PM me with ideas/offers to get my Webmoney funds back, I simply don't give a shit.)
 
Hello flaiho,

If you still have an access to your webmoney account via web browser then follow this.

You will have to re-register your phone number here:

Code: 
https://security.webmoney.r u/asp/resetphs.asp ([B]Remove space between r and u[/B])

After this you will be able to receive sms without any issue. I faced this same problem 2 years ago and this is what i did(i re-registered my number). Now i always receive my sms within 2secs.

Its basically a deliberate policy to take over balances and accounts, good look getting any support from webmoney its nonexistent

When I enter https://security.webmoney.r u/asp/resetphs.asp

it become https://login.wmtransfer.com/GateKeeper/WebProCertificate/.......

and again and again.

I can't re-registered my number. Please help me.

I can't re-registered my number. Please help me.

you need to log in via webmoney certificate in order to do that
 
I have the same trouble now - but my situation is even worse because I cannot login to anywhere else besides webmoney mini - I have opened tons of tickets for how to use webmoney pro web or light but no help so far (russian language help guides were sent) - can someone please help me about how to upgrade my mini status to solve my sms problem ?
