I cant make clickalbe Signature...Help

Hi. I tried a lot but i cant make clickable Banner which is used as signature in forums. I searched and also found the Code and instruction. I did according to the instructions but i failed. My signatures wont show as banners but some text and urls....

Can anyone help me out? Can anyone make my clickable signature for me? Please someone do this for me.
