I came here mainly to find traffic.

I buy chinese brazil vietnamese and many things. :)

Vietnamese indonesians, etc. are fine too.
 
if you are looking for chines traffic, stop wasting time and replace your host with Chinese hoster....
or if you wants to sell your products to chines ppl then buy membership of trading companies, they will generate you traffic & quires !

And that's precisely what makes chinese traffic special. People don't want it. So it's cheap. And i know some CPA that can convert it.

His offer is suspicious to be frank. He claimed to provide baidu traffic and sell that per visitors but then he talks about doing SEO. It's either misleading or outright fraud.

It could be just fake traffic like http://blackhatguide.net/blog/how-to-get-10000-unique-website-traffic-to-your-site-overnight but I am not sure.

Is he selling SEO service or traffic? Not clear. Is he still in this forum? What's the feedback from past buyers?

Anyway, doesn't have to be him. I want to buy traffic from many countries others are NOT interested in. I also know some CPA that works. One of them is second life. But it's long story.
