I Am Getting Scammed | thefboo is the guy

Today i had a deal with WJ Member: thefboo

He Told me that he would buy me A Domain and i pay him by Alertpay. As I am new here so i had to send the money first.

So i sent him 12$. Then I PMed Him all the Details.

Now He has stopped responding to my messages. He has read all of my messages, he is also online most of the time. But Does Not respond.

I think he is scamming me now. Please Help me out guys.

Private Messages:
When i asked for his Yahoo os MSN Details, he replied me by this.

Then I asked him whether he would buy using NameCheap or GoDaddy.

Then I Told him the Domain to buy and asked for his alertpay email.

After that he stopped replying me. I Have sent him around 5-6 messages. Though he has read all of them.

I am a new member. My Sent Messages were not being saved by Default. So i am unable to post them. I Have Enabled storage of sent items now.

I had a doubt about him when he was selling his script :::::

Anyway i don't think he would scam for $12 when he is selling a script worth $200 , maybe a feedback from his clients would clear things up
 
When you accuse someone, you need to back up your claims with proof. If you got email conversations, IM's, PM's and payment transaction proof, post it here.

If the proof is provided, he have to reply here or buy you the domain or he'll banned.

Yea. I gave him time. Atleast he must inform me when he will do the Job. He is reading my messages but not replying to them.

Whenever i check his profile he is viewing threads, replying to posts and private messaging. But never replied to My PM.

There is no such option. Or i couldn't find any. Please tell where is this option.
 
Since you're online right now, I'll give you 6 hours tops from the time of this message to edit your first post and include proof of your claim. This includes the transaction screenshot of the $12 you sent him, and screenshots of IM conversations before and after transactions and screenshots of PMs you sent him, if any.

You have no case without proof.
 
@tvg: yeah,when i get some product delivered,it sometimes is damaged, and so if i raise a dispute, they take atleast 2 weeks to get sorted, and never have i recieved a full refund

Thanks for supporting the cause. Now we know he is a scammer.

But the Fact is. It took me a lot of time to earn that money. I need it back, i can't just get him banned.
I need my Money.
 
I'm PM'ing thefboo right now. He has 24 hours to refund you the money or buy you your domain. If he doesn't do either of the two, he'll get permanently banned.
