This thread is turning into another drama thread with people flaming and crap. For the OP, I do feel sorry about the fact that you got a DMCA email from FSO and you're probably going to lose your account, although the only point proving or supporting that fact is one thread by a disgruntled user complaining about it happening to him. If you want actual advice, take it up with Filesonic Hish, he's an official representative for FSO and he's active here. I'm sure he'll respond to your query with a more solid suggestion then you would get in a thread that is turning to nothing but drama.
