I added few bigger images as smilies, now something is not right.

cant help it, its the size of those images that does it. Maybe use smaller images

Chosen use a image re sizer so when it shows on the list its smaller. but when you click it its normal size.

or just go into smilie option in vb options and reduce the number to display lower and make sure you put those big images to show up last that way they don't show up unless someone knows the code like :download: or clicks more smilies

or you could just find the css for the smilies box and set add a width + set the overlap to auto

maybe you can try to put those big images all in the left below eachother.
so ur first column are those big images and then all the rest are smilies.
