hw can i exchange paypal to webmoney

i need a buy a tool which suports only webmoney , but i use only paypal and alertpay , any idea on what i shud do to purchase that tool?

Get a exchanger!
But there are very less exchangers who does this since paypal doesn't allows it.
Ask some of your friends if they use or not
Also, if ur tool is postnews :P then contact there support for alertpay! lollz
