At least 10 people watched some videos from my acc since yesterday and DL counts still says 0.

@uzonigor - We checked it, it should be working fine. But, we are willing to look into it.
Please PM us with a link for one of your files so we can test it.

MediaStar - We can't keep files forever for premium users, we keep them for 30 days from last download, otherwise, we won't be able to provide with blazing speeds to the users, which is the main reason users love using our service.

BADSHA - It depends very much in the country origin of the downloads.
It's being calculated automaticlly, we don't interfere with calculations.

mazzo - Listen, sometimes your browser times out the session that's why it get stuck.
Just go to "My Files" it should be there, let us know.
