Other Huge ram non-restarting/disconnecting RDP?

I'm trying hd-seed and it is nice as they have huge ram and my session last for days (no restarts/disconnected session), there are times where cpu is used for almost 100%, but almost never and as it is 8 physical core server it is still nicely usable. Anyway there is problem - they have some norton thing running on servers and it is killing my torrent downloads (it locks/disconnect sockets) - i don't over do torrents (250 con max, 8halfopen max) so it is definitely norton thing. So my question is - is there some other RDP provider where session lust for long and i can run portable applications etc.?

i dont think 8 physical cores are possible only the new bulldozer have it. and you dint specify location as for NL i think you should go with
awesomerdp.com they have awesome uptime
 
Well i need resources at peak times so VPS with windows is not an option. Dedi is, but it is still on an expensive side (considering it need sto be 100TB, gibit, 8GB ram quadcore) because of TAX as i'm eu citizen :)
 
@evlo, buy server from a reseller who is not located in EU. most of resellers take 5-10% margins only. But still you can save like 10% of price compared to direct buy from DC
 
There is no reseller for ecatel. Others have terrible price or support. :( - ie. resellers for gandi or illiad don't have ticket system at all \:. If there would be outside EU reseller for ecatel i would go for it and don't bother with rdps :). I hope for 20% saving as 20% is the tax and reseller would still probably made profit on discounted price for them.
20% on 100 eur server is 20 eur so not much, but for me it makes the difference between taking the risk of buying (expensive) dedi and not take it.
