Huawei USB Modem E303 Data Problem

Can anyone help me with my little problem..

I have a Huawei e303 unlocked modem..

I can connect and browse net without any problem’s on my laptops.. ( I tried with 4 different laps).

But when i connect it to my PC, it connects without any problem, but it does not receive or send any data, thus i cannot browse internet..

The problem is that when connected to pc there is no receiving or sending of any data.. It is always at 0kb/sI tried re-installing few times, other USB ports as well.. but no luck..

I am using Windows 7 32bit..

Does it require any drivers ?

Yes it does.. but according to Device manager all drivers are installed...

When i connect it after uninstalling the app.. it reinstalls all the drivers..

might be signal issue try to move the pc to some other location and check it

I think it might be Problem with your SIM , Try with any other SIM

Jim17 are you kidding me?? Well i tried with USB extension.. Didnt work :p

disable firewall or AV, try in safe mode with networking

if you pc have dual boot then try in another OS. I feel OS might be problem. (i am not kidding and trying to help your issue)
