http download problem

Hello Guys

Me using a VPS server form a long time...
and also a problem too form its start...

Me using rapidleech and torrentflux on my vps, with apache...

but when ever i do download files from my rapidleech or tf index directory using http:// in pc... my vps(rl/tf) doesn't load, until i do not stop downloading in pc or files does not complete...
It also do not works when me do 8-10+ files transload/upload/remote upload at same time...

how could i solve this issue ??

i try lighttpd too.. but it doesnt show the index direct and gives error msg: NOT FOUND

i want to use apache because its much stable than lighttpd, it just bit heavy but always runs.. (but not for me)
