Okay, so this is going to be very simple. I supply you with a PSD, you convert it to HTML/CSS, preferably html/css compliant.
I need it done quickly, a day max. We are developing a Content Management System for small businesses and schools, we already have on client. Therefore you will get a minimum of $100.
Payment will be by Paypal ONLY.
I'm looking for people with significant experience in this field, you also need to be able to speak English fluently as it is the language we will communicate in.
