Except "To make the text all CAPITALIZED"

and superscript and subscript. I know and remembers everything.

Everything else before these are tooo common (For me at least).

Congratulations for listing a bunch of obsolete tags that shouldn't be used anymore.
All these (except for the a and img tags) should be replaced (or accompanied) by proper CSS, as the W3C suggests.

Also, resizing images with <img src="IMAGE URL HERE" width="32px;"> is not correct. It should either be <img src="IMAGE URL HERE" width="32"> or <img src="IMAGE URL HERE" style="width: 32px;">.
 
Some of the elements you showed have better substitutes and some of them are even deprecated.

<i> should be <em>
<b> should be <strong>

These are just equivalent, no harm if you use either of them.

As for the deprecated ones, the use of the following elements is discouraged:
<big>
<small>
<center>
<s>

Use CSS instead.
