Living in Hong Kong, have both HKD and USD account at local bank.
Want to withdrew and top-up e-money (PerfectMoney, WMZ, etc) by PayPal through broker (I found some certified broker in PerfectMoney website).
Then find out that PayPal not allow me to link my local USD bank account. They only allow link to a US USD bank account.
Have to find an alternate way to replace PayPal. Seems that Skrill, Payoneer and Payza are reliable. Are these payment gateway allow me to link to a local USD bank account ?
