How work filesmonster?

Hello people.. i check many sites who use filesmonster host..
I can`t understand how work this site looking strange for me.. i hope someone will explain for me, and is it worth this host to work with it in my site ?

its a garbage can filehost, never try them, they are under suspicious host scan by FBI cause lots of underage files
found in them . Never use them, their system as like letitbit as I remember.

FilesMonster is a part of http://content-cooperation.com/(I think). Never used them, upload to FM is only for content owner.

It works very simple.

Content owners give you their videos and you share them everywhere you like. No need to upload a video for you, everything is stored on their servers, you just copy it to your account. Everytime you sell a premium thru your link, you get a commision. Don't remember how much you get, but it's less than any filehoster offers, because every profit from premium account purchase is divided by you, Filesmonster and the content owner.

It looks like a perfect solution, but premiums are very expansive and I have seen a lot of complaints from uploaders who used to use this filehost.
