How to withdraw money with webmoney?

guy i am the new with webmoney and i dont know what is the procedure to withdraw from WMZ to indian bank.please if anyone has the idea then please tell me

Exchanger is the only way out in this case. Being not in russia, you can't even buy stuff from it, as you need a Russian Phone number for confirmation of transactions.

lol thats a new info for me. Don't mislead people unless u know things thoroughly. Being an active webmoney user for many years i can tell u dont need to have a phone confirmation and that too russian. u can disable and enable all security things in the webmoney page.
 
You dont need a exchanger at all.But you must have a stage two passport for the funds around 1500+ $.
If you are not from India/Pakistan I can teach you.I wont help India/Pakistan users,because last time I helped 6 of them and they tried to sneak in to my webmoney/paypal account.And this is not racist.

Onec again the thing I try to teach you,nothing to do with you sending me money,It's withing webmoney,And please you must have a keepr classic.
 
the easiest way is webmoney withdraw linking to one of your purses international debit card europe, in my case I was the first user to link neteller webmoney card and I can withdraw my funds almost instantaneously, the time it takes to reach the money card is 15 minutes to half an hour.
