How To Upload Using Ftp?

@ Brenton. here is the tutorial.
1. Downlaod A FTP Program like Filezilla.
2. Connect to the preferred filehost throught ftp.
Eg: hotfile.
Host:ftp.hotfile.com Username: {ur hotfile username} Pass: {ur hotfile pass}
(Note ftp user and pass maybe be diffrent in other filehostign services.)
3. When connected, Select Any File From the location bar and upload it.
4. Go to hotfile.com using browser and see ur file uplaoded there.

Well almost most of the sites that allow ftp have ftp.sitename.com as hostname and use same info of user and pass like your logins in the site
Fileserve is just diff ( dunno what the crap ) and you need to use the user and pass shown in your account for FTP
