How to translate a template ?

Hello, I have found many templates for DLE but all not in English.
How can I translate them to English.

LOL No I meant the template is in Russian I want it to be in English.

just translate the Russian words to the english using google translate with editing the .tpl files that's all

open in HTML editor & translate words in google translate :facepalm:
