How to solve 'ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so' on VPS

hello,
well i have bought a vps recently and i have created a new user account via whm for one of my site. I have uploaded a php based script the account created, but when i tried to install it from my web browser i get this error:

'"Site error: the file /home/mysitedirectory/public_html/install.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

note: 'mysitedirectory' refers to my user account whih i'm not showing for security reason

well i tried to enable the ioncube addon via whm but still no change.
can someone help me please...:facepalm:

If you are running cPanel, you can easily install it using EasyApache.

Run this command via SSH as root:

/scripts/phpextensionmgr install IonCubeLoader
